I saw Tull in '79. Ian Anderson is the consummate showman. Ritchie Blackmore calls them his favorite band. I'd like to share my favorite memory from the concert I saw. As the band was jamming along, Ian pranced around the stage, twirling his flute like a cheerleader's baton. Just as it was time for him to sing, he came sliding across the stage like Pete Rose, grabbed the mike stand on the way by, and delivered his song without missing a beat. It gave me goosebumps.

Brilliant Concert. The songs from "Under Wraps" and "Walk into light" sound so much better live with real drums!

What more can be said. This is a symphonic orchestration designed to woo the listener in close with melody; then stun them with rhythm and syncopation. Afterwards being left with a warm nostalgia that keeps us coming back over and over.

Saw this tour, and the Broadsword tour before it (and many after) - two of Tull's finest. Brings back great memories. One of Tulls finest line-ups with the band on fantastic form.
