Concert Summary

After being fired from Black Sabbath in 1979, Ozzy Osbourne embarked on a solo career that has seen a series of ups and downs over the past three decades. This was a great show, except for the fact that there was way too much keyboards. They were overpowering on "Iron Man". Other than that, it was great.

What is wrong with these people dissing Jake? It does not matter which guitarist he has, they are all great in their own way. Going back to Tony Iommi, Randy Rhoads, Brad Gillis (Speak Of Thea Devil), Jake E. Lee, Zakk Wylde or Jerry Cantrell (Under Cover). All of them are extremely talented musicians.

to add to the arguement about the guitarists, i've seen them all with ozzy and the best guitar shows i've ever seen with him was with jake e lee, no doubt, but he seems to be the forgotten man in the band, sad really, it goes randy straight to zack, strange

I heard Jake E Lee is restoring classic cars nowadays. However in 2006 he made an album with coversongs which inspired him in his early years...

Jake E. Lee was a BADASS! F**k anybody who thinks differently. But the keyboard player should be decapitated on stage for everyone's amusement.

Rocky21 is right. The sound guys really needed to pull back on the keyboards. They seemed to have crept their way in on alot of the Diary bootleg stuff with Randy and have taken on an omni presence in most of Ozzy's live shows going forward. Jake stood on his own just fine. Randy certainly didn't need them. And they off up a certain ELO cheesiness to an other wise kick ass brand of metal.
