The Fillmore East end of this tour marked the first big time Fillmore concert I ever saw. Procol Harum opened for Ten Years After and Country Joe and the Fish. I consider myself quite fortunate to have seen it and to have REMEMBERED it. Thanks Wolfgang for this souvenir of my misspent youth

It was my great good luck to arrive at the recently renamed Fillmore West in the fall of 1968. That night Santana and Procul Harem played what I still to this day 40 years and hundreds of concerts around the world later the best concert I ever saw.

Procol with Trower, the real deal! A rare find!

This is an outstanding example of early PH shows that is rich in unreleased songs. I mean, they only had two records out so they had to play Macgreggor and Stoke Poges just to make it a whole show! These guys are still doing it, you know.....maybe something from the 2005 tour perhaps....or else.... yeah, and the Grand Hotel Tour..... All Hail Wolfgang!
