The Band were awesome. I would kill to meet Robbie Robertson. My Uncle Charlie turned me on to these guys a couple of years ago. King Harvest is always incredible. I own copies of Big Pink, The Band, The Last Waltz soundtrack and Greatest HIts. The Band are the most underrated act of that period.

One of the most underated bands in any form of music. I play and write music and it seems am on my way to some success. But, having said that I will never come close to making music that is a fraction as good as what these guys did. Believe me 500 years from now people will still be turned on to these guys. Strong body of work fellows!! You have left the world with an amazing legacy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
