These step-by-step instructions show you what you should see when you install the Concert Vault Download Manager.

Click here to download the installer for the Concert Vault Download Manager to your computer.

You will be prompted to open or save a file name CVDownloadMgrWin.exe. Click to save this file to your computer.

Once the file has downloaded, double-click on CVDownloadMgrWin.exe on your desktop to launch the installation process. Click the Run button when prompted.

When the license agreement panel appears click "Agree" to continue.

In a few seconds the installer will present the window shown here. Just do what it says - click "Next" on this panel, "Agree" on the next panel, and "Install" on the panel after that. In a few more seconds installation will be complete. When it is, click the "Finish" button and the Concert Vault Download Manager will open. Login and any downloads you have requested will begin.

Downloads will be saved in a folder named Concert Vault Downloads on your desktop. To load them into iTunes simply drag the folder onto iTunes. If you would like to have them saved to a different folder, click on Preferences / Edit to change it.

When you want to download more concerts, look for the Concert Vault
Download Manager icon on your desktop.
